  • How do I change my password?

  • Why do I need to upload a resume?

    You can apply to job openings immediately.
    Both your resume and your MicroResumes profile contain all the details we need to determine if you are the perfect match for the job opening you applied for. But it can take several minutes to complete your profile while uploading a resume will only take less than a minute. Thus, uploading a resume is a faster way for you to apply to job openings.

    You won't need to print out hard copies of your resume anymore.
    In an effort to be more environmentally-conscious, MicroSourcing has decided to go paperless in many of our recruitment processes. Uploading your resume in our database helps us in our paperless campaign by eliminating the need to print out hard copies of it.

  • Why do I need to complete my profile?

    We can process your job applications faster.
    Both your MicroResumes profile and your resume contain all the details we need to determine if you are the perfect match for the job opening you applied for. But your profile is connected to many of our internal processes, thus, completing your profile will allow us to process your job applications quickly and more accurately.

  • I can't place pictures in my MicroResume, how do I upload one?

    You may visit any of our 2 career hubs to get your photo taken. You can also opt to wait until your scheduled initial assessment and have your photo taken right after. Here are the locations:

    OffshoreStaffing.com is an online sourcing and recruitment tool that enables clients to find talent and set up their offshore team in the Philippines through MicroSourcing. The profile you create at MicroResumes will reflect on this website to give you more job opportunities outside of the active hiring requiements.

  • Will my personal details get shown at Offshorestaffing.com?

    No. We'll hide all personal details and just give the prospects some pieces of your resume.

  • What are your current job openings?

    You may search for all of our current job openings using the Search Jobs Bar OR you can preview all openings filtered via location or job category type from the job listings in the middle of the home page. Our sourcing team makes sure that all posted openings are for active hiring requirements not unless it was specified: "For Pooling purposes only"

  • I can't find any openings that suites me, can I still register?

    Yes! Our recruiters are always on the lookout for candidates regardless of the profile. We might not have an opening for you now but your dream job might just pop out here at MicroSourcing during the following months.

  • When do I receive a call for an interview/offer?

    Please refer to the dashboard for updates on your scheduled interviews and offers. We will also be sending email invitations to confirm your availability for the schedule.

  • I missed a scheduled interview, how do I reschedule?

    You may call us at 437-1000 or send us a message through the Contact Us page. You may expect our recruiters to accommodate your scheduled requests or concerns.

  • How would I know if I passed or failed the assessment?

    Our recruiters will give you a specific timeline on when you can get your assessment results. You may also check your MicroResumes dashboard to see the test scores and results.

  • I've applied for several positions, would there be any conflict?

    No. The more applications, the merrier. The advantage lies on whether you passed all assessments but at the end of the day, you get to decide on what offer to accept. However, do apply for those openings that fit your profile type.

  • I applied before but failed the assessments, when can I re-apply?

    The validity of the Basic English Exam is good for 6 months so you can only retake it after that duration. If you've failed a recruiter's interview or the client interview, we can try and profile you for other present or future openings. You ask your recruiter-in-charge for more details about re-application.
