We're looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our fun and dynamic team. You will be supporting an account based in North America, which is leading online contact lenses and prescription glasses retailer. This is a customer focused account, no hard selling required!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer service calls with focus on customer satisfaction
  • Respond to inbound sales and customer inquiries (phone, email or web chat)
  • Verify customers' orders
  • Resolve returns and exchanges for customers
  • Sales through excellent customer service (NO HARD SELLING)

  • Preferably with at least 1 year of call center experience
  • Also open to applicants with no working experience - Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply!
  • Excellent English communicaiton skills - both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in computer and internet navigation
  • Can "think outside the box" and provide creative solutions
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
  • Completed at least 2 years in college
  • Willingness to work at our Ortigas site on a shifting schedule
