  • Provide Online Ordering solutions for restaurants in Australia
  • Make outbound customer calls providing our clients' partners with first class customer service
  • Updating customer account information, spreadsheets and other adhoc admin duties

  • At least 3 years call center experience is required for this position; must have experience doing outbound calls for sales
  • Able to use CRM systems, keep track of calls and customer data
  • Excellent English Communication Skills
  • Willing to work in Ortigas on a Day Shift schedule
