We are looking for a Customer Service Representatives for our newest Australian account. Should you be hired, you will be working for an online marketplace where people can buy and sell quality homemade food.

  • Help new Sellers come on the website by explaining how the company works and running them through the on boarding process
  • Training involves using screen-sharing sessions to run the Seller through how everything works and advising them how to set up their store
  • Help existing Sellers with any inquiries by answering phone calls, e-mails and live chat
  • Create and update an always up to date knowledge base / FAQ
  • Record all interactions in the CRM and follow up on all cases / tasks including appropriate case updating and closing
  • In addition, help the Sydney team organize spreadsheets and other documents so we can track all on-going customer activities
  • Creating cases for customers who have serious issues, seeing the case through to completion which may involve working with logistics providers and with the Sydney team
  • Helping our Sellers understand any key details about their account how to improve their photos, how to improve their product description, how to improve their business
  • Helping our Buyers with queries, such as but not limited to, delivery time, product availability, product issues.

  • At least 1 year of work experience in a customer service role
  • Ideally with some experience servicing Australian customers 
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of google docs / google sheets preferred
  • Experience with a CRM of some kind (preferably Sugar CRM although this is not essential)
  • Experience with Live Chat and email interactions
  • Experience with some kind of e-commerce or content management system (for example Magento, Shopify, Big Commerce, WordPress, or similar).
  • Must have working knowledge on the basics of e-commerce
  • Willing to work in the nightshift, holidays and weekends if needed
  • Amenable to work in Ortigas
  • Can start ASAP
