  • Communicate with potential & new customers either by phone or email to persuade customers to buy Client products or services.
  • Explain products, services and special promotions to potential & new customers adhering to script, the Company, Client, and government regulations.
  • Complete appropriate paperwork, records & necessary customer sales information
  • Accurately document status of all calls indicating leads generated or leads which could not be pursued due to either disconnected phone numbers or lack of interest.
  • Provide sales support to meet specified sales per hour goals and conversions per hour set by the Client while maintaining quality standards and adherence to Client requirements. 
  • Participate in projects, duties, and other tasks assigned by immediate manager, including administrative duties such as preparation of customers welcome letters.
  • Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with all applicable Federal and Local laws and regulations relating to job duties.
  • Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with the Company’s policies and procedures.
  • Maintain knowledge of functional area and company policies and procedures.

  • At least 3 years of corporate sales or business development experience handling B2B clients is required for this position
  • Experience working in the BPO industry is required
  • Candidates should have experience in lead generation, proposal creation and sales

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/ College Degree, or equivalent work experience
