This role has the responsibility for actioning HR transactions. The HR Administrator will work closely with other members of the HR, Payroll, and Recruitment teams to provide exemplary customer service to a range of key internal customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of contracts of employment and other related employee documentation
  • Updating and maintaining data integrity of employee records in Alesco
  • Updating employee files and providing required information to Payroll
  • Supporting performance management process
  • Assisting in the compilation of HR reporting statistics against company KPIs
  • Providing administrative support to the wider HR team (e.g. running reports, supporting service awards, emailing reminders, and documentation)
  • Timely and accurate processing of HR administration activities
  • Attending to email and phone queries from employees and internal stakeholders to ensure queries are actioned in a minimal timeframe
  • Other administrative tasks such as, but not limited to, filing and archiving

  • Minimum of 3 years HR Administration experience in a high volume environment.
  • Exposure to processing Australian and New Zealand HR activities is highly favorable
  • Prior exposure to a contractor environment is desirable (i.e. regular changes in positions and employee requirements)
  • High degree of discretion in working with confidential information.
  • Experience with Alesco (also known as Ascender) or similar HR information systems.
  • Strong computer skills, especially MS Word and Excel
  • Well-developed interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • Willing to work in Eastwood City on a dayshift schedule
