The Student Support Officer will undertake the following core functions:

  • Provide professional and timely response to student queries, including:
    • Administrative enquiries
    • Student complaints
    • Course variation including cancellation, transfer and extension requests
    • Student progression
    • RPL enquiries
    • OpenSpace navigation
    • Assessment enquiries
    • Verbal assessment bookings
    • Payment services enquiries
    • Work placement requirements
    • Work placement support
    • Workshop bookings
    • Mentoring support
  • Maintain accurate student records
  • Implement specific support strategies including re-engagement of learners identified through Program Support Plans
  • Moderate online forums with respect to student administrative queries
  • Provide other administrative support as required

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service contact center environment is required for this position, text based support (chat / email / social media) is an advantage
  • Experience in provisioning of education support, and distance, flexible or online learning is an advantage but not required
  • Proficient in both Mandarin Chinese and English languages
  • Willing to work on a day shift schedule in Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City
