We are looking for a Senior Claims Assessor and Analyst for an Australian peer-to-peer car rental company. You will be joining a rapidly growing sharing economy startup as one of the first Manilla-based member of their Damage Team within the Membership Experience Department. There is plenty of scope for career advancement for the right person. Responsibilities:

  • Delivery of exceptional experiences and service to members (being empathetic, helpful, adaptable, energetic, fun, and showing initiative). Examples include: 
    • Regular interaction with our members via email and phone, reflecting our company values;
    • Receiving and responding to feedback from members at different stages of their user experience relating to damage cases.
  • Providing operational, administrative and strategic support to the Sydney-based damage team
    • Delivering prompt and easily understandable direction to external stakeholders. E.g. smash repairers, insurance company, assessors.
    • Investigating photographic evidence to determine liability of damages; and
    • Maintaining clear and concise notation for quick reporting to Sydney damage team
  • Contributing to the development of systems to train others on how to interact with our members and how to make us remarkable
  • Creating processes and protocols to ensure best practice is followed in any given damage case

  • At least 5 years of working experience in related field(s) is required for this position
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in a customer service role.
  • Strong preference for insurance experience, specifically claims.
  • Preference for 1-2 years of supervisory experience (team leader or manager)
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree, any field
  • Willing to work at Ortigas Center, Pasig City on a day shift schedule
