As a Technical Writer, you’ll work with Product Manager, QA and Developer teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.
  • Maintain the accuracy of available documentations based on Product updates.
  • Write easy-to-understand developer guides, user interface text and schemas, with the use of appropriate visuals such as charts, tables, graphs etc.
  • Create and maintain the information architecture such as Product sites and documentation tools

  • At least 3 years working experience in technical writing of software documentation
  • Ability to deliver high quality documentation by paying attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
  • Excellent written skills in English
  • Familiar with software development methodologies.
  • Experience in the banking or finance industry is a plus
