The Project Manager will report to the V.P. Strategic Partnerships. He/ She will lead the PMO for major strategic initiatives in Software & Analytics and Enterprise Imaging divisions. The responsibilities of this role range from identifying, assessing and implementing partnership opportunities to optimize the geographical footprint of the business, and operations transformation to improve revenue and margins.

The Strategic Partnership team is a high visibility group reporting to the President of the Software & Analytics and Enterprise Imaging divisions and works with the General Managers of seven different business units.

The successful candidate should be self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimum guidance. He/she should be a team player with good communication skills and ability to influence team members towards common goals.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Opportunity Identification & Assessment:

  • Work with GMs and senior leaders of different business units to identify opportunities for leveraging location and factor advantages to set up off/onshore partnership opportunities that drive margins while maintaining/improving quality
  • Perform detailed due diligence across technology, physical & logical security, regulatory constraints, client contracts to determine the viability of the identified opportunities.
  • Coordinate and assist in the development of business cases for each initiative including investment requirements
  • Assist in setting up contracts with potential partners by coordinating activities across business operations and different enabling functions.
  • Identify and implement operations transformation initiatives though process re-engineering and continuous improvement

Project Management Office:

  • Lead the Program Office to implement multiple projects to ensure delivery as per timelines, budget and targeted business benefits
  • Coordinate implementation across Operations, Technologies, HR, Compliance, Finance, Communications and partner vendors.
  • Track implementation related issues and work with various work stream leads to resolve them. Escalate issues in a timely manner to the leadership for resolution.
  • Provide regular program status updates to different stake holders ranging from President of the Division to Business Unit General Managers and Senior Leadership Team.

  • Degree in Business or Engineering
  • Project Management Professional (PMI) or equivalent Project Management certification (e.g. Certified Project Management Practitioner, International Project Management Association)
  • 5 years of strong project management experience, developing project plans, tracking and managing issues to resolution, achieving project milestones on budget and in time; experience managing 3-5 complex projects at any given time spanning across multiple business units and geographies.
  • 3 years experience in setting up and operationalizing servicing partnerships in Philippines or as an operations lead in a BPO
  • 2 years experience in financial modelling, including budgeting, forecasting, cost benefit analysis, scenario analysis.
  • 2 years experience of process reengineering using six sigma methodologies
  • Advanced skills in programs like Microsoft Excel, Access and Power point
  • Highly motivated self-starter, who can work independently with minimum guidance
  • Excellent business acumen, executive presence, and verbal and written communications skills
