We are currently in need for Customer Support Specialist for our U.S client in Ortigas site.

Support Tasks: • Responding to customer’s inquiries via email and live chat • Working with internal teams for more advanced troubleshooting • Updating internal documentation

Sales Tasks: • Working with inbound leads to find a product fit and help customers convert from free trials to paid accounts by showing them value in the product • Doing video demos of the product • Updating internal CRM records

• At least 1 year experience handling chat/email support•Experience in upselling • Experience in support of a tech product or technical support • Excellent written English. • Excellent communication skills. • Empathy and focus on strong customer success • Ability to express thoughts clearly
