Case Management/Labor Relations/Disciplinary Actions • Prepare and review NTEs and decision memos; and guide operations in using proper Code of Conduct provision base on the incident/ case • Ensure due process is being observed in all labor cases especially for terminable cases • Handle exit process of separated employees: assign online exit interview, conducts exit interview and then signs on the clearance of the employee
Compensation & Benefits • Responsible for receiving the company and government benefits applications of the employees. He needs to check the completeness of the documents and attachments as well as checking the application form for completeness • Provides feedback to the employees regarding the status of their company and government benefits applications
Records Management • Responsible for receiving pre-employment requirements of new hires and follow-up requirements not submitted by the new hire within 30 calendar days through operations • Maintains employees 201 file such as filing of employees 201 file documents and retrieving the documents from the 201 file
Other HR-related tasks may be assigned as needed.
