We are currently looking for an Application Support Specialist for the world's largest, independent advertising technology company.

The primary responsibility of the Application Support Specialist is to provide application support for our clients by identifying, researching, troubleshooting and resolving production and accounting questions and issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Interact daily with clients at all levels, including end users and leadership; maintain and establish client relationships
  • Monitor, route and answer incoming client inquiries through various channels, including chat, web portal, email and phone
  • Develop subject matter expertise in areas of concentration for the companyís applications and associated business processes
  • Assist in providing expertise and guidance in client process and workflow on a functional level for the appropriate applications of the company
  • Perform as a hands-on member of the support team by assisting in managing day-to-day tasks
  • Assist in conducting regular audits across all support channels to ensure accurate, timely responses and adherence to the companyís Support Policy
  • Apply knowledge of company applications to effectively interpret and resolve client questions and issues
  • Serve as a proficient analyst and functional expert for our clients; delve into client processes and handle complex client issues
  • Under the instruction from the Support Manager and Team Leads, manage administrative tasks related to the support team
  • Assist with the analysis if client trends and help to develop process improvements
  • Comply with internal and external SLAs and strive to meet and exceed established support metrics
  • Assist and support system applications by testing and documenting research

  • Bachelorís degree in Media, Advertising, Accounting, Business or Information Technology
  • 2-3 years of experience in application support, preferably with advertising software
  • Experience in advertising, media, accounting or finance
  • Excellent attention to detail, demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve and manage expectations
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Efficient multi-tasking and prioritization abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Self- motivated and able to work independently
  • Sense of energy, pride and ownership in your performance
  • Must be willing to work in Eastwood, Quezon City.
