  • +3 years experience as a Team Leader
  • Experience in Financial Services (Insurance) / Professional Services preferable with exposure to customer and staff processes and procedures
  • Experience in Australian Financial Services Banks, Insurance highly desired
  • Experience in Offshoring/Outsourcing company
  • Experience in a start-up is desired
  • Strong Customer Focus
  • High attention to detail
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Strong Excel skill a must.
  • Able to think outside the box, think analytically, generate insights and strong problem solving skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering high quality results
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and short turnaround times
  • Strong presentation skills, highly skilled in Powerpoint, excellent writing skills, basic Marketing understanding
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communications skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously
