To assist in the data entry and customer service duties required for OrderMate Online. This role is key to ensuring all items have been set up and entered for new customers and assisting with responding to all customer enquiries. • Data entry of all customer information i.e. location data, venue information • Menu and database data entry • Assisting OrderMate Online customers with general enquiries • Administrative duties as required by the OrderMate team • Responding to calls and emails from customers • Meeting of all job KPI’s specified by the OrderMate team • Any additional duties as required by the OrderMate team • Keep an honest and positive rapport with customers, suppliers and colleagues, in person and over the phone • Complete assigned tasks with high level of attention to detail and accuracy • Continual development of specialized skills and knowledge • Adhere to OrderMate’s values • Adhere to policies and procedures • Provide assistance and offer help whenever possible

• Data entry experience and high accuracy • Administration and customer service experience • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Excellent written and verbal English • Highly organised • Customer service focus Adaptable and can manage priorities/tasks • 3 years plus experience in a similar role
