  • Monitor calls and chats to ensure that agents are following the account's policies and procedures
  • Coach agents based on quality performance
  • Create an action plan for agent improvement
  • Attend internal and external calibration calls
  • Handle escalated customer issues as required
  • Provide customer service for online chat, email, and phone support
  • Attend and coordinate meetings and calibration sessions internally and with Client
  • Provide client reports as needed
  • Create process improvement for more efficient work output

  • At least 2-years background in sales
  • Solid knowledge of the sales process is an advantage
  • Excellent Communication skills- oral and written
  • Proficient in MS Applications particularly in Excel
  • Attention to detail
  • A Team Player
  • Good time management skills
