You will be working with our client who provides care services for the aged and infirm. We are looking for CSRs with the ability to convey sincere empathy, guidance and reassurance to their clients over the phone. At the same time you must be confident and persuasive as you may be required to coordinate assistance in emergencies and provide accurate communications with authorities if need be.

  • Quick response time on phone, answering customer inquiries
  • Update Client records in a timely and accurate manner based on incoming reports
  • Coordinate field personnel to achieve efficient and expected outcomes
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of systems and procedures
  • React to alerts from security systems and take necessary actions to notify authorities and customers as  appropriate
  • General office administration email processing, filing, faxing, and scanning

  • Willing and able to undertake rotating 12-hour night shift work (3 days on, 3 days off)
