We are looking for a Technical Support Representative for Australia's payroll software provider of choice, with business units in Australia, North America, Asia and South Africa delivering services and products to over 40,000 clients in 35 countries.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide payroll support to customers via calls, chat and e-mail
  • Provide remote assistance to customers by logging on to the customer's desktops
  • Advise manager of problems encountered
  • Maintain the online helpdesk software
  • Test software for errors / bugs during quiet periods

  • At least 1-3 years of experience with providing technical support and managing incident tickets
  • Knowledgeable of solving SQL queries and be able to interpret them
  • A candidate must have excellent communication skills and great customer handling skills.
  • Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems
  • Experience with using Crystal Reports or similar business intelligence reporting tools.
