  • Manage the full recruiting life cycle within assigned recruitments (in US hiring) 
  • Ensuring adequate qualified applicant flow to meet hiring goals - creating consistently a strong pipeline of high caliber talent to meet the needs - ensuring delivery time meeting expectations
  • Delivering positive service experience to the candidates/applicants and Hiring Managers
  • Identifying and qualifying candidates and applicants for positions through sourcing and attracting (passive) candidates through direct search method
  • Use Applicant Tracking System and internet sourcing tools daily
  • Continually document and expand network of websites, user groups, blogs and other resources where talent can be found to generate possible candidates for open job searches. Monitors talent community network and source sites. Track and logs any outreach programs for hiring Vets or disabled.
  • Prescreening applications and resume’s
  • Phone interviewing candidates
  • Reference checks (when needed)
  • Submitting suitable candidates for Hiring Managers for further interviews
  • Coordinating interview schedules between candidates and Hiring managers
  • Assisting and coordinating assessments  
  • Maintain candidate profiles in Applicant Tracking System and updates information as needed
  • Adhere to Dynamo’s compliance requirements

·         Have earlier work experience from recruitment and direct search and motivation to work in this job area in a long run

·         Fluent verbal and written English skills

·         Strong interpersonal & communication skills - positive attitude towards people

·         Software skills: Applicant Tracking System

·         Ability to work well independently and within a team environment

·         Extremely organized
