The role of the Account Manager focuses on the employee. In general terms, the Account Manager is primarily responsible for monitoring and setting up of metrics, monitoring attendance and implementing the company code of conduct, updating and keeping track of employee records, and disseminating pertinent information to our projects. It is also the role of the Account manager to make the team work together, or in some cases, make the staff and the client work together to get the best results.Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Staff Management discipline, performance improvement, monitoring, coaching, retention
  • Client Management relationship management, coordination, client retention, client satisfaction
  • Cost Management although this is mainly a responsibility of Finance, Operations should monitor resource utilization and ensure efficiency and maximization of resources

  • At least 1-3 years of experience in coaching and performance management; and process analysis and improvement
  • Experienced project manager who can handle multiple clients and/or accounts at the same time
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in using MS Office applications
  • Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City on a graveyard shift schedule
