  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Follow internal policies and guidelines closely
  • Communicate with customers via phone calls, emails and live chat in a prompt, courteous manner.
  • Take phone/email/live to provide: product information, tracking a package, taking complaints for product quality or shipping issues and/or verification of order status.
  • Gather detailed information needed to meet guidelines.
  • Assists with order verification, out of stock item communication, pending orders that need assistance and other assigned tasks as needed. 

  •  Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field
  • At least 1 year experience in CSR
  • At least 40 wpm typing speed.
  • Fluent in speaking/writing in English.
  • Very organized and detailed and Self-driven
  • Willing to work in Eastwood City Cyberpark, Quezon City in shifting and/or night shift schedule
