MicroSourcing Philippines Inc. is looking for HR Operations Specialist who will be primarily responsible for performing administrative support in the delivery of human resource services to employees such as employees compensation and company benefits, Attendance Monitoring & Timekeeping, SSS, HDMF, PhilHealth and HMO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the receiving the pre-employment requirements from the new hire POC and follow-up with operations the remaining pre-employment requirements not yet submitted by the new hire within 30 calendar days
  • Responsible for receiving the company and government benefits applications of the employees. He needs to check the completeness of the  documents and attachments as well as checking the application form for completeness
  • Provides feedback to the employees regarding the status of their company and government benefits applications
  • Review the NTEs and decision memos of those cases that are class A-C. To guide operations that they use the proper COC provision base on the incident/ case
  • Prepares the NTE and decision memos for those class D offenses
  • Ensure due process is being observed in all labor cases especially for terminable cases
  • Input data from time sheets, operations records and individual time cards to computerized payroll system
  • Handles attendance processing such as processing approved AMRs
  • Submits a summary of new hires, attrition, pro-rate pay to Site Lead or HR Officer for consolidation
  • Handles timekeeping such as PTO monitoring
  • Handles exit process of separated employees. Assign online exit interview, conducts exit interview and then signs on the clearance of the employee
  • Liaise directly with line managers and supervisors regarding timekeeping, benefits and labor relations  concerns of the employees
  • Maintains employees 201 file such as filing of employees 201 file documents and retrieving the documents from the 201 file
  • Send outs reminders for end of contract for project employees
  • Send out reminders for those due for 3rd and 5th month appraisal for those due for regularization
  • Help out with the Employee Engagement Unit in terms of implementation of company and site events for employees
  • Help out in the Organizational Development Unit for implementation of projects to the respective sites such as performance appraisals

  • Preferably Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology or any Behavioral Science Course
  • Experience in Employee/Labor Relations is required
  • At least 1-3 year working experience in HR field 
  • BPO experience is an advantage
  • Experience in providing high level of administrative support
  • Knowledge of MS office applications & HR systems
  • Good Excel skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledgeable in corporate business email
  • Keen attention to details
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Client Management skills
