  • Collating data from multiple sources, ensuring the data is accurate and being able to interpret and present the information in a meaningful way; and
  • Managing varied and simultaneous demands to meet agreed standards and timelines.
  • Ensure HR operations and tasks are managed in a financially prudent manner in line with budgetary constraints and deadlines.
  • Develop and produce monthly P&C Metrics including headcount, turnover, workforce profile, absenteeism, training costs, utilization/productivity, diversity, and WHS as well as ad hoc reporting as required for stakeholders. This includes stakeholder ready materials in Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Provide comprehensive support to key reward initiatives and all aspects of the remuneration and performance management cycle, including:
  • Extracting regular and ad hoc reports from THRIVE performance management system on objective setting, completion of self-assessments and performance reviews, and provide analytics on distribution curve and key demographics.
  • Remuneration benchmarking including preparing employee data for Aon Hewitt and Consult Australia salary survey submissions.
  • Annual salary review process, including data cleansing, managing spreadsheets and remuneration data, budget/modeling, preparation of salary review files for the business, collation of final salary review files and preparation/distribution of payroll files and employee letters.
  • Short Term Incentive Plan administration, including data cleansing, applying policy eligibility rules, modeling, preparation of STIP review files for the business and preparation/distribution of payroll files and employee letters.
  • Provide support across Talent & Culture activities including preparing employee data file, analyzing and preparing reports for our employee engagement survey and maintaining Talent Management data as required.
  • Prepared and provide people data for Annual Report and WGEA submissions.
  • Assist with data entry/maintenance of employee movements in Vision/THRIVE as required to ensure our data remains up to date.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement and data quality improvement in the delivery of P&C reporting.
  • Under the guidance of our OD Business Partner, provide employees and managers with support in relation to Performance Management (e.g. using the online performance management system, enter and maintain accurate data, explaining how to use the software, produce reports for reviewers and management).

  • HR/Finance related qualification
  • Experienced HR analyst preferably with previous experience supporting reward activities
  • Knowledgeable with Tableau experience, especially in building dashboard, Access Database experience would be an added bonus
  • Proven experience as an HR Analyst including supporting reward activities, and within a consulting/professional services firm will be highly advantageous
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and produce data, analyze data trends and translate the results into valued information and recommendations to inform decision making
  • Advanced skills in Excel including advanced formulas, referencing functions such as VLOOKUP, working with large datasets, and ideally macros
  • Previous experience using Tableau, including building dashboards
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Well-developed organizational and time management skills, including managing multiple stakeholders and demands; meeting tight deadlines, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
