  • To ensure bookings are processed within 24 hours of initial order
  • To ensure that customer requests post sale are dealt with quickly.
  • To retain cancellation of Drive Easy policies by skillfully advising customers of the benefits of the policy
  • To sell alternative vehicles to customers on bookings where the initial vehicle is unavailable
  • To ensure that as a reservation team member a high percentage of customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat are answered immediately with the remainder of enquiries being answered in a timely fashion.
  • To provide support to the sales team, particularly during peak seasonal needs or across auxiliary product blitzí or campaigns.
  • To ensure the smooth and trouble free processing of customer bookings for Car bookings.
  • To provide great customer service to all customers through incoming and outbound phone calls, live chat, email correspondence. Initially we will be looking at phone calls, emails.

  • Experience in handling Car Rentals/ Car Reservations is an advantage
  • Experience in either travel, airlines, hotel reservations/ booking is a must
  • Strong product sales or upselling experience in a BPO setting
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong sense of teamwork
  • Willing to work on weekends and on a night shift schedule
