We are currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist for an Australian order and payments platform which connects 60,000 cafes, bars, and restaurants across Australia with suppliers, helping them to increase business efficiencies, grow sales and improve profitability.

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to various existing customers through inbound enquiries (phone calls and tickets) about the platform.
  • Encode product information, images, customer details and pricing into our customer system
  • Ensure that all customer service inquiries are responded to within the specified time frames
  • Provide basic reports in Excel (filtering and graphing data).

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a BPO setting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Preferably with experience using CS Tools / Ticketing Software (i.e Zendesk)
  • Willing to work on a dayshift schedule in the Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City
