Coordination between AU team within the firm and external clients For tax compliance, preparing and lodging Income Tax Returns, Business Activity Statements (BAS’s) and Installment Activity Statements Prepare Financial Statements, including Depreciation Schedules Prepare CGT calculations Prepare FBT calculations and provide salary packaging reviews to clients Liaise with the ATO on client matters Responsible for Business entity setup and registration such as for ASIC and ATO (ABN, TFN, GST and PAYG) Bookkeeping data input (eg Xero) Prepare invoices for clients and ensure all work is accurately billed Maintaining familiarity on Australian Tax and ensuring to have up-to-date knowledge on current relevant ATO legislation and issuances. Participate in external and internal training as required Ensure that all work is error-free and professionally presented and complies with the firms procedures and systems Maintain current and accurate files and record and date any actions and detailed file notes Prepare work flow reports for your own client work -Other duties as requested

Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy Solid experience in preparing Financial Statements and Tax Returns 3. for an AUSTRALIAN company. Background on bookkeeping using XERO accounting software. CPA an advantage but not required. Well adept on Microsoft Office (eg. Word, Excel and Outlook) Must be keen to details With confidence to advise clients based on sound knowledge. Above average written and verbal communication skills Willingness to learn, show initiative and be a positive “team player” Positive and happy attitude Highest standard of ethics, confidentiality and professionalism Excellent time-management skills
