We are currently hiring for a Customer Service and Sales Representative for our Australian Account. We need someone who will welcome clients and other visitors, determine their needs, and ensure that these are met in an efficient and friendly manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls including but not limited to:

Customer inquiries

Tracking of orders and providing updates to customers

Tracking freight and following through any freight issues

Logging cases for missing/damaged parts

Updating customers with time frames on orders

Taking sales calls and placing orders for the customer over the phone 

Provide general administrative and clerical support

Completed at least 2 years in college

Sales & Customer Service background preferred

Qualifications in Office Administration or equivalent preferred

Effective oral and written communication skills
