  • Working with Aging Report provided by the Manager
  • Change or update provider status in the system
  • Reviewing of EOB/EOR, understanding insurance objections, reviews and payment reduction suggestions, accepted cases, MPN issues
  • Outbound calls to insurance and Bill review companies requesting information about unpaid dates of service
  • Negotiate with insurance claims adjustors on unpaid specific dates of service
  • Working with verification team, providing correct information for case updates
  • Sending out copies of bills via e fax or email
  • Sending out mass billing via efax
  • Ensure all call results are tracked and logged with information accordingly with the specified call results provided into Conexem
  • Sending a list of daily call result to supervisor for documentation/ reporting purposes

  • Must have good negotiation and listening skills via telephone manner and technique and interpersonal skills
  • Good general administration, planning and organizing and time management skills.
  • Tenacious, with ability to work autonomously and in a team, take responsibility and be proactive.
  • Working knowledge of workers compensation process or be open to learn specifics of workers compensation.
  • Ability to analyze slow moving accounts and outline follow up status payment strategy to resolve each case by collecting correct insurance information and collecting unpaid checks from correct responsible parties
  • Ability to collate and present information and to work with people.
  • Proficient use of the most common Microsoft applications including Basic / Intermediate knowledge of Excel to download and analyze data
  • Open for fresh graduates of a pre-med course
