  • Provide recruitment coordination services by managing job ad placements internally and externally
  • Prepare Letters of Offer & Contracts of Employment, and other relevant documentation for new employees and complete all on-boarding activities
  • Process end to end employee movements (secondments, promotions, transfers, flexible working arrangements, terminations, etc.) to ensure master data is accurate and maintained
  • Maintain and update HR trackers and databases and electronic employee files
  • Monitor our HR Inbox providing first level support to employee and manager inquiries and escalating matters as necessary
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team & provide support to special projects as required

  • Experience working in an HR, recruitment or reward administration support role ideally within a Shared Service or Operational environment
  • An understanding of operational process activity and an aptitude for continuous improvement activity
  • Well-developed organizational skills, high attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
  • High degree of drive, initiative, outcome orientation and the ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent communication skills including verbal and written
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office suite particularly MS Excel and Word
