  • Desktop Level support through remote access.
  • Continuous checking of service desk tickets and responding to tickets within set SLA.
  • Communication with clients through email or ticketing system.
  • Following up the tickets until they are closed or escalated.
  • Liaise with the rest of the team to escalate or fix the issues. 

Must-haves:

  • Excellent Level 1 support skills.
  • High level of experience in desktop operating systems 
  • Troubleshooting skills
  • Understanding of desktops in a networked/domain environment and experience in diagnosing workstations within a network/domain environment. 
  • Basic exposure to Level 2 support and understanding how servers and desktops interact.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows networking infrastructure and Active Directory
  • English communication skills (Reading and Writing) is essential
  • Client focused and understanding a client-centric working culture.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Highly focused and ability to work under SLA pressure.
  • Experience working with large organizations with high volume tickets
  • Willing to work on a day shift schedule at Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience in MSP service desk environment.
  • Experience working with multiple clients
  • Experience working on ticketing systems. Preferably Autotask but not essential.
  • Previous experience in design industry and CAD environment is not essential but is desirable.
