  • Your role will be to partner with Digital Marketing Manager to help manage email and content marketing campaigns and existing channel reporting. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Build and maintain segmented email marketing lists
  • Develop, launch, and optimize a broad range of email campaigns and automated flows that promote growth and engage customers throughout the life cycle
  • Perform tests to maximize lifetime value and customer retention of existing and new customers but that also re-engage lapsed users
  • Understand how customer data is structured in the systems, and segment the database based on criteria (demographics, life cycle stage, persona) to best target a specific market or user type
  • Working to repurpose content as lead magnets in multiple formats, contributing to top-of-funnel lead generation
  • Familiarizing yourself with the products, target audience, and competitor activities in the market
  • Identify KPIs & set achievable authority goals
  • Perform on page SEO optimization, site audits and SEO strategies

  • 2+ years of marketing analytics, marketing operations, or digital marketing
  • experience
  • Technical skills, creating and setting up custom forms, opt-ins, email campaigns, lead magnets
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to track, measure, and report on results of various marketing functions to
  • determine ROI
  • Experience in Google Analytics
  • Skilled in problem solving and project management
  • Self-starter with a history of pushing for deadline-driven results with a strong sense of accountability
  • Experience with SEO strategies and execution
  • Strong understanding of digital landscape and marketing best practices

Other Skills: 

  • Analyze sales funnels and customer intent
  • Report on marketing KPIs including but not limited to leads, conversion rates, website traffic and social media engagement
  • Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data
  • Test, analyze and optimize email & digital marketing strategies to achieve growth
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to follow written and video instructions well and requires minimal supervision beyond initial explanation
