  • Will design, install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot VoIP (SIP) servers, infrastructure, and applications.
  • Will work internally with Client departments to meet the needs in planning, designing, building, and managing the VOIP network.
  • Will provide hardware and software design recommendations for all SIP based VoIP elements.
  • Will configure and deploy VoIP servers, hardware, applications, and monitoring tools.
  • Will monitor, troubleshoot, and repair VoIP system components in 24/7 environment.
  • Will manage assigned projects and tasks to successful completion within assigned time constraints.
  • Will demonstrate dedication and personal responsibility for delivering and managing VoIP systems.
  • Will develop and manage test and monitoring systems and procedures to ensure functionality and quality of all VoIP systems.
  • Will evaluate and certify SIP PBX equipment and software.
  • Will review and validate test plans, test execution, test reports and defect management.
  • Will perform other related duties as required and assigned.

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in telecommunications specifically related to VoIP engineering 
  • In-depth knowledge in Skype for Business implementation and administration
  • Experience with Cisco CUCM / Unity, SIPECS, Asterisk, Freeswitch, Kamailio, OpenSips or Other VoIP Applications
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Linu
  •  Understanding of Session Initiation Protocol (SIP), Real-Time Transport Protocol (RTP), Real-Time Transport Control Protocol (RTCP), and Digital Tone Multi Frequency (DTMF)
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver SIP based solutions successfully and work independently• Experience with VoIP and network testing tools and quality monitoring and testing
  • Operations experience including patching, upgrades, logs, debugs, virtual traces of SIP based network elements
  • Experience with SIP Trunking, VoIP System Configuration and Design
  • Understanding of Jitter, Delay, Echo, Gaps, and how to troubleshoot these occurrences
  • VMware, .Net,C#, ACD, Call Center experience
  • Willing to work at Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City on a nightshift schedule.
