Responsibiilities:

 The role will be split across two areas of responsibility, these being CRM management (80%) and customer support (20%). Both elements of the role are process driven and require the individual to have strong administrative skills.

CRM Management

  • The successful candidate will primarily support our sales and marketing team, gathering data from LinkedIn and company websites (identify people that are likely to be interested in client's products/services) to populate our CRM. Sales team will then call these prospects and our marketing team will email them.
  • The data that is being gathered is the name, title, email and telephone number of individuals working in senior recruitment positions in businesses with 500-5,000 employees.
  • As our sales and marketing database is fatiguing the successful candidate will be responsible for proactively updating contact records if the information has been found to be incorrect or if the contact has left the business.
  • In addition the candidate will be responsible for preparing lists of contacts for the sales and marketing team to focus on.

Customer Support

  • As a secondary, the candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and responding to customer support tickets via email and online chat and escalate them where necessary
  • Support tickets will be managed via Zendesk, sample concerns raised may be surrounding ability of candidates to complete the assessments, requesting for extensions and technical concerns which may need to be escalated
  • Staff can reference similar tickets in the past and there is also a knowledge base available. Training will be provided and most responses are template based

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
  • At least 1-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Strong background in administration (top qualification for the role)
  • Strong command of English
  • Highly computer literate
  • Great customer support experience
  • Zendesk experience not required but preferred
  • Candidate must be willing to work in Eastwood City, Libis, Quezon City on a night shift schedule
