  • Resolve routine and complex client service issues, through livechat, phone, or email.
  • Coordinate activities with local and international colleagues.

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Perfect English and other languages would be a plus
  • Must be familiar with MetaTrader4 and background in customer support
  • Strong math and technical aptitude, ability to troubleshoot and explain complex situations, friendly and outgoing
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Eastwood City Libis Quezon City.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
