We are looking for a Technical Support Representative who will be working for a New York-based security company that sells security systems, including video cameras and hidden cameras, and GPS trackers to law enforcement agencies, business and individuals.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide end user support for security-related electronic devices.
  • Learn about the devices we sell and be able to help our customers use them.
  • Answer customer inquiries in a friendly informative manner.
  • Respond and resolve a high volume of telephone and email inquiries.
  • Make customers feel comfortable with their purchase.
  • Calm down frustrated customers while maintaining a patient and professional attitude.

  • At least 1 Year of Customer Service experience, preferably in an E-Commerce Call Center environment.
  • Previous experience supporting real-time GPS trackers
  • Previous experience supporting hidden cameras and camera systems
  • Must possess a positive attitude and be friendly and professional to our customers!
  • Willing to work in Ortigas for a night shift schedule
