Job Overview

The Sourcing and Marketing Specialist is primarily responsible for the implementation and analysis of marketing initiatives / activities that not only strengthens the company’s brand, but also acts as key sourcing channels to meet and sustain the hiring needs of MicroSourcing.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities 

• Assists the Sourcing and Marketing Lead in providing feasible sourcing/recruitment marketing recommendations to support hiring demand of Recruitment

• Works closely and consistently calibrate with internal team in identifying hiring needs and in

• producing marketing communication strategies and tactics relevant to assigned verticals

• Develops detailed project plan documentation to guide execution and identify dependencies

• and key milestones to meet headcount delivery deadlines and budget requirements

• Executes and represents the company in all external and internal pre-planned recruitment/sourcing activities such as Job Fairs, Career Talks, Recruitment Open-House, and other related activities

• Increases coverage of sourcing efforts which shall not be limited to paperscreening and phonescreening to ensure that KPIs, SLAs, and Target Hires are met

o Develops current sourcing channels as well as new ones in order to gain access to new labor pools

? Creates job postings on Company's website and on different Job Portals 

? Screens all applications received from various sourcing initiatives and ensure to meet the credentials and qualifications, appropriate skills and knowledge, and experiences of candidates required per position

o Identifies other sourcing efforts to ensure steady flow of applicants regardless of absence of Recruitment events / activities

• Maintains databases and trackers, and provide/prepare statistical report pertinent to

• sourcing for proper and accurate monitoring of the Recruitment’s Team ROI

• Keeps updated on industry trends and practices, primarily competitor intelligence, and make

• recommendations based on these information

• This role is an individual contributor and does not require staff management

• Establishes a sourcing calendar which will be used as reference of sourcing activities that will be facilitated / participated in by the team

• Documents materials that will later serve as reference for program evaluation and resource allocation

• Keep updated on industry trends and practices pertaining to sourcing

• Represents company in various recruitment fairs/activities

• Monitors, analyzes Sourcing data and establish trends and use these as basis to make sourcing recommendations

• Prepares reports’ analysis on different sourcing channels  

• Supports the Sourcing and Marketing Manager in the preparation of monthly budget and cost per hire report

• Performs other related duties as may be assigned either in support of divisional / departmental goal attainment or for his personal and professional training, education or development as programmed by superiors

Education and/or work experience requirements

• Relevant BA/BS degree or equivalent experience

• At least 2-3 years experience in human resources with employment and recruitment / sourcing / marketing background preferred

• Must have current experience in sourcing and recruitment of various positions in the Philippines for the call center/BPO industry

• Familiarity with recruitment and sourcing / marketing

• Familiarity working in fast-moving, dynamic working environment/industry

• Demonstrated multi-tasking capability

• Success in meeting tight deadlines

• Excellent interpersonal relationship skills 

• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with strong attention to detail

• Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills

• Strong planning, organizational and coordination skills

• General working knowledge of various software applications such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel

• Ability to process a high volume of detailed work in a short time frame

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Solid analytical decision-making skills

• Willing to work long hours
