This position is responsible for the providing assistance and support to the Onshore Compliance team, with responsibility across a variety of administrative and monitoring tasks to ensure the organization and its brokers meet all obligations under the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009.

  • Responsible for ensuring the team meets targets with respect to quality and output.
  • Undertaking quality assurance functions across their team members and escalating these to the onshore function for training opportunities.
  • Escalating queries with the onshore team
  • Training team members
  • Managing day to day operations.

  • At least three years lead experience, working in a busy administrative or support role
  • Experience in compliance or the financial services/ banking industry is beneficial
  • Experience with Dynamics CRM or similar
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to exercise confidentiality
  • Willing to work at Eastwood City Cyberpark, Quezon City.
