Key Responsibilities:

  • Site visit once a week
  • Full responsibility in ensuring that all INFOHALLWAYS are updated
  • Maintenance of Boards (Bi-Monthly)
  • Manage Logistics for Upcoming Events 
  • Source and evaluate vendors according to specific requirements aligned with the approved budget
  • Develop and administer employee surveys
  • Standard Coordination and execution of Site Town halls
  • Manage Costing, Budget Allocation and Requests
  • Increase participants/members of the company’s different organizations/clubs
  • Maintain the Tracker of the company’s organizations/clubs (Members and Activities)
  • Budget Allocation and Requests
  • Create a DISCOUNT PARTNER Masterfile (establishments) for the Employees


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/College Degree , any field.
  • At Least 1 year of experience in organizing and managing Company Events
  • Excellent in Oral and Written Communication Skills (English)
  • Highly creative and proficient in MS OFFICE
  • Adaptable and willing to work overtime and adjust work schedule
  • Analytical and Detailed Oriented
  • Adaptable and Flexible with changes
  • Responsible, mature and is able to handle confidential information
