  • Supporting the production of monthly financial reporting packages within required deadlines
  • Book keeping and general accounting using accounting software
  • Prepares accurate account reconciliations, with supporting documentations
  • Processing accounts payable, intercompany charges, payroll and staff expenses
  • Maintain accurate records of customers and invoices in accounting software

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent. Non CPA will be considered
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in the related field is required, preferably with a multinational company or shared services set up
  • Experience in accounts payable and payroll processing, associated taxations and superannuation
  • Experience in preparing journals and posting financial transactions, preferably in an accounting software program
  • Experience in SAGE X3 is an advantage
  • Fluent in English – both written and verbal
  • Willing to work in the Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City, on a dayshift schedule
