Our client is Australia’s first and largest peer-to-peer car rental service. We make it possible to rent cars directly from vehicle owners with confidence, by creating a ‘trusted marketplace’ where owners list their vehicles for free and renters get access to a wider range of vehicles at lower prices.


Deliver exceptional customer service to customers. Customer contact will be via Live Chat, emails and phone calls. Typical customer interactions may include:

  • For customers looking to rent a car, the role will help the customer find available cars for rent on the website and answer any questions about the rental process.
  • Begin the booking process for customers, sending out rental agreements for signing.
  • Initiating the customer identification and verification process.
  • Customers looking to rent a car for UberX. 
  • Identify the stage of UberX process the customer is at and then help the customer find the car in their desired location.
  • Run through the listing process and activate vehicles where required.
  • Professional and courteous phone manner and high level of administration skills 
  • Updated booking details and car listings
  • Check registrations of vehicles with relevant authorities
  • Review and allocate toll payments and infringements
  • We envisage that initial team members will grow into leadership positions once the team is expanded.

  • Must have at least 2 years customer service experience
  • Although leadership/team management experience is not necessary, leadership potential should be evident in the way they talk and conduct themselves.
  • VERY strong customer empathy and ability to address all customer queries 
  • Strong English ability
  • Must have analytical mind and type at least 45 words per minute
  • Must be able to learn and navigate new software and systems
