MicroSourcing Philippines Inc. is currently hiring for a Customer Success Executive!

Our client is an organization providing development and management of some of the world's biggest and best customer loyalty and employee recognition programs.

Position Purpose

  • Support the Customer Success Managers (CSM) to execute best practice of reward and recognition strategies that help clients to meet their program goals.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the rewards platform and queries to ensure happy clients.

Key Result Areas

  • Supporting CSMs to implement and launch new programs by ensuring the platform, members and hierarchy are set up without error. This includes certifications, awards, trophy cases, serial cards, games and leaderboards where applicable.
  • Day to day program management and first level support by working with CSM & Clients to manage feature requests, generate scheduled and adhoc reports as required and answer queries within the established company & client SLAs. Escalating only as required to the QM or CSM.
  • Ensure customer retention and happiness through the delivery of a consistently great customer experience and through carefully managing customer expectations. Measured through an NPS score of 8 or higher per client and an overall personal score of +30.
  • Support the team on various projects or with adhoc reporting/administrative needs. Communicating any bottlenecks or training deficits to the CSM and QM as required.
  • Provide feedback to CSM and QM and make suggestions regarding processes and standards to streamline operations, increase service levels and reduce the cost of delivery.

  • Candidate must be a graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • At least 1 to 3 years of customer service experience
  • Candidate must also possess the following:
  • Specific Skills Required Microsoft Office Applications - Power Point, Word
  • Excellent Communication Skills Verbal and Written
  • Google Suite Applications
  • Analytical Skills
