Responsibilities:

 

  • Managing SMS/MMS communications with employees including sending and receiving messages
  • Calling employees via phone to discuss Health and Safety on a pre-planned basis using provided information
  • Recording communications in the CRM
  • Communicating with relevant Consultant/ Manager in regards to response including escalating concerns in a timely manner
  • Identify and report Health and Safety concerns to relevant consultant, or manager
  • Recording call detail
  • Communicating with relevant Consultant/ Manager in regards to response including escalating concerns in a timely manner
  • Response to employee in a timely manner

 

  • Potential to use the Safety System to report hazards and Incidents
  • Entering detailed results in excel spreadsheets.
  • Generate report that includes detailed analysis of data
  • Review results with the Australian Manager
  • Identify and report challenges, issues and improvement opportunities
  • Complete weekly reporting in Excel on internal safety/KPI reporting

 

 

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Open to FRESH GRADUATES, no experience required
  • Experience in an administration role where attention to detail is essential
  • Seeks guidance and advice when required.
  • Excellent English communications skills, both oral and written
  • Must possess a Bachelor's/College degree
  • Well-versed in using MS applications (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
  • Willing to work on mid-shift or rotating shift in Eastwood, Quezon City

• Attention to detail, ability to complete tasks even when repetitive, excellent communication skills (verbal & written), can identify issues and communicate them, organized, positive attitude, acknowledges mistakes and learns from them, seeks guidance and advice when required.
