Act as a support onsite and offsite sourcing/recruitment related activities. Support recruitment hub processes, but not limited to test administration. Other ad-hoc sourcing related tasks. Recruitment: > Sourcing candidates for various hiring requests > Conducting call outs > Pre-boarding process > Attend/organize job fair Candidate management: > Accommodating incoming applicants > Assigning of candidate tests > Coordinating interview schedules with recruiters

Working a degree towards Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Management or equivalent. Good communication skills. Proficient in using MS Office applications. Willing to work at MOA Complex, Pasay City
