  • Respond to other inquiries such as program rules, promotions, points inquiries and program exit requirements
  • Perform manual order related tasks

  • At least one year helpdesk or customer service experience
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Willing to work at Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City on a shifting schedule.
