  • Assist the Business Development team in generating new leads through intelligent pro-active engagement with prospective clients
  • Articulate service delivery models verbally and through web correspondences
  • Sell off-shoring solutions and provide direct consultation to clients; recognize customer needs and apply appropriate service delivery model as a result
  • Able to meet client goals and effectively implement plans to grow acquired leads
  • Serve as initial point of contact to prospective clients who reach out to the company through phone, email and live chat
  • Manage information and route data to the right channel
  • Research and evaluate opportunities for MicroSourcing to develop new verticals and expand the business with current and potential new partnerships
  • Work with different department managers within MicroSourcing to prepare proposals, RFI/RFP responses, deliver sales and business presentations, manage project engagements, and participate on service development and process improvement
  • Do lead generation, administrative, and ad-hoc tasks as required

  • 1- 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, account management, or business development
  • Experience in corporate sales and exposure to the BPO industry is an advantage
  • Above average communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confident and comfortable to deal with local and global clients
  • Must be amenable to work in BGC, Taguig City
  • Must be willing to work on a flexible schedule (early morning or graveyard shift) to cater to different clients
