Responsibilities:

  • Contributes to operations center strategies by conducting needs assessments, performance reviews, defining user requirements and production, productivity, quality, and customer-service and order processing standards.
  • Contributes information and analysis to organizational strategic plans and reviews.
  • Participate in; recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, coaching and performance management
  • Communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising and enforcing policies and procedures.
  • Review scheduling and assist with vacation & shift trade requests.
  • Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Contributes to the maintenance of accurate and relevant process documentation, job-aids and overall continuous improvement exercises
  • Work closely with CS, OPC and RMS Managers
  • Identify and escalate issues that will contribute to SLA violations
  • Coordinate & relay issues with the necessary department
  • Manage Team JIRA tickets to ensure timely resolution or escalation

  • Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Proven track record of managing and developing staff
  • Strong customer focus with a professional attitude
  • Above average verbal and written English communication skills
  • Can performs both independently and in a team environment
  • Adheres to process with sound judgment
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Willing to work in MOA complex on a shifting schedule
