  • Opening cloud files for new clients and generating proforma initial correspondence and documents in accordance with office management guidelines
  • Liaising with other staff on matters relating to the organisation's day to day operations to ensure minimal disruption to workflow.  
  • Preparing correspondence and other routine documents as directed
  • Preparing financial statements that relate to NSW property conveyancing
  • Opening and monitoring of PEXA workspace matters drafting messages in PEXA and follow up procedures to ensure all is in place for settlement.
  • Liaising with in office staff only.

         A candidate with a professional diploma in secretarial studies or office management would be attractive but it is not an essential requirement, or alternatively a Paralegal Law Degree.

         Minimum of three year practical experience at a skilled level in an identical or closely related position.
