We are currently hiring for a Virtual Admin Assistant for an Australian Accounting and Financial Services Firm based here in our Mall of Asia site.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare statement of advice for clients based on existing templates and formats
  • Receive documents for onshore management team and properly format them
  • Maintain risk schedules for clients and promptly remind them from time to time
  • Create various reports using Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Other administrative duties as assigned 

  • 1-3 years of experience working as an administrative assistant. Background working in a financial institution is a plus but is not required.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Must be willing to work on a dayshift schedule in the Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City
