Summary: The Remote Deployment Team is focused on the need to provide regular software updates to our installed base. The Deployment Specialist will be responsible for all aspects of these updates starting from the update request and finishing upon successful completion of the update.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, and execute remote deployments of software to customer sites
  • Manage customer communications to provide clear planning and direction on behalf of EMI Support
  • Co-ordinate with Support Zones to ensure all information relevant to the deployment is captured and documented
  • Track deployment progress through existing tools
  • Creating a standard model for planning and executing updates the development of new tracking tools and workflows
  • Coordinate with R&D and Product Management on software deployment strategies, tools, and process enhancements
  • Provide technical support to the customer during the go-live process\
  • Create a world-class customer experience while delivering on update request through active communications with customers
  • Create and share knowledge within the team and within the Support department

Qualifications Required:

  • Strong understanding of enterprise system administration, technology background with maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of mission-critical hardware and software systems.
  • Knowledge of clinical workflow will be a definite asset.
  • Bachelor of Computer Science, Engineering or Computer Technology background; or, 2 year Computer Administration diploma from a recognized technology institute
  • Recent graduates with exceptional customer service and technical skills are welcome to apply.
  • Two years of experience in a technical support environment is considered an asset.
  • Willing to work on a Nightshift schedule in BGC, Taguig City
