Reporting to the Senior Director – Learning Operation, Technology & Design, this position will play a critical role in Change Healthcare organization’s efforts to leverage learning systems for team member growth and career development. The candidate will be responsible for leading the management, coordination, and maintenance of the Change Healthcare University Learning Management System (LMS) and related systems. Responsibilities: 1. Manage the overall system configuration and content architecture to include course codes, catalog structure and program congruence 2. Ensure high quality of data integrity 3. Troubleshooting errors, issues and new requirements in a timely manner 4. Coordinate with training staff and stakeholders to facilitate program structure and settings 5. Maintain a high-working knowledge of LMS enhancements and upgrades through vendor and related websites 6. Perform staff and team member training as necessary when system changes occur or for refresher purposes 7. Serve as a liaison between the LMS vendor and Change Healthcare 8. Collect reports on program, organization and user level data on a routine basis 9. Provide reports to a variety of stakeholders; including compliance/legal 10. Makes recommendations as required to maintain a highly reliable LMS 11. Facilitate development of evaluations, emails, certificates and other module/program related documentation 12. Gather data from users, analyze results, suggest, and implement improvements to LMS and other databases 13. Provide daily user support and manage, respond, and track activity within the LMS email box 14. Educate users on self-service tools and be a resource for adopting new functionality within the LMS 15. Work with training staff and stakeholders to understand and analyze the needs of the group 16. Monitor quality; identify and implement improvements to programs and resources 17. Develop and analyze metrics to assess efficacy of learning solutions 18. Perform all system maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements 19. Coordinate with user level data with the HRIS system administrator/Identity IQ 20. Manage third party content relationships and content operability 21. Respond to regulatory audits and create custom reports 22. Other duties and tasks as assigned or emerge in this role.
